Waiting on Wednesday #5

Waiting on Wednesday #5

Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill At Breakingthespine in which we spotlight a new release we can't wait to get our hands on!

Title: A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses #1)

Author: Sarah J. Mass

Expected Release Date: May 5, 2015

Publisher: Bloomsbury Children

Page Count: 432

Synopsis:

When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she only knows about from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal, but Tamlin—one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled their world.

As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient, wicked shadow grows over the faerie lands, and Feyre must find a way to stop it . . . or doom Tamlin—and his world—forever.

My Thoughts:

I chose this book just because it sounds AMAZING  and the cover is gorgeous! When I read the first sentence of the synopsis I thought it might be a retelling, but as I kept reading it just got more intriguing and it just sounds perfect! I love fantasies and this book sounds like a perfect fantasy I mean its about fairies! I have to admit I'm going to preorder this book as soon as possible. I have never read anything by Mass ( yes I know shameful book confession lol) but I have heard nothing but good things of her writing. I definitely want to get my hands on her other books as well.  What book are you looking forward to? leave a comment below I would love to hear from you!
